Massive power outage hits Florida

Anyone get affected by this? It's all on Fox News & CNN right now.

yep we're affected. Company is on backup generator now. From what I hear a lot of street lights are out in the area as well too, which means rush hour will be even worse if the outage lasts that long.

It's actually a south Florida issue, mostly in the Miami area.

heheheh yea.. my power is out.. i'm using a car battery hooked up t a transducer to power my TV and laptop.. oh and i gotta keep my beer cold hehehe

my power is good at home here
but we lost it for a little bit at USF today, until the generators kicked on.

they took down 2 reactors for safety issues i believe.
