are you sure jammers arent?
If we get 10 cars together, it'll cost everyone $10 each for the veil headlight coating, heheheh... Keep in mind it gives your headlights a very slight tint to them, so this might actually be a plus for me, because I think the 06 headlights are too "chromey".

License plate cover is $20.

it's the dam Blinder that costs a lot more. Wish we could get a group buy on those bad boys!

The STi did pick it up at a longer range overall though.

Don't all these radar and laser guns emit a signal when they are ON that these high end radar detectors can pick up even before it is pointed your way? At least they make it seem that way by what i read. I made a purchase thinking it might save me from some situations like that. TIA

Nope, I got popped in WPB and here in OP with the laser on a totally open and straight road...there were other cars, but man, you have to be pretty close to them in order to get it picked up. I bet it's within 1500ft and at 70mph, that goes by within 10-15 seconds between the cop emitting the laser bursts...

That said, Lyndon, my dad has the ZR3 on his 997TT--actually installed by Brumos...it does work perfectly...

The trick is, you need to get an on/off switch for it in case the cop zaps you again and/or you get pulled over and he zaps you to see if he gets "shifted" again, (which then gets you for obstructing/interfering or however they charge you these days). You really don't need a display as you will see the cop--they have to be stationary and in eye-shot for the laser anyway.

That said, I heard the blinder jammer was good. Go check out the M5 boards and plenty of people are on there.

I will be investing in the Blinder M20, Laser veil coating for my headlights, and a Anti Laser & Photo Radar License Plate Cover Shield for the rear plate.

The laser veil kit does about 10 cars or so, so if anyone wants to chip in we can all order one kit, and have a laser veil headlight meet/ hahah.. Jon.
bro do u watch the show called mythbusters. cuz they have proven this sh*t don't work
