What tires are you running on your G35?

I'm getting ready to buy new tires, and I currently run Michelin Pilots...they're great....right at 26,000 miles now but I DO NOT want to spend $1550 on a new set.

I drive somewhat conservatively, but like to get on it every now and then. Mileage and price is a big consideration....not ***** out performance!

What are you guys running and how happy are you with them?

This is the best time to get new wheels if you're thinking about it... cheaper to change to wider wheels when you already need new tires...

I have Toyo's too...

General Exclaim UHP 245/45/18 on 18x8 rims. I got them from Tirerack.com for not too much money. They are summer tires only though.

Installed was about $600 total from Tire Kingdom, who actually ordered them directly from tirerack for me, as their distributor didn't have them in stock. On top of that, I also got an alignment and roadside hazard warranty for another $200. So $800 out the door, fully aligned and protected.

I like them very much. They handle very well, both dry and wet. They have tons of grip, making it hard to break free the tires, even in the wet. they are reasonably quiet as well. and the tread wear rating is decent, given the level of performance.

I will definitely buy them again next time.

+1 on the General Exclaim UHP I'm running 245/35/19 (F) & 275/30/19 (R)

They have a nice tread pattern and they are quiet while driving

I also have the General Exclaim UHP tires, 245/35/19 all around. Excellent tires for the money (paid almost the same as MrPutzy did but I got mine direct from Discount Tire). Good treadwear pattern, terrific handling and not too shabby in wet conditions.

Toyo T1R's 245/35/19 front 285/35/19 rear. They're alright I guess, they wear out quick as ****.

Next set I'm going to go with Kumho Ecsta's to save some $$ and hopefully not hurt handling too much.
