Actually it was a little green honda civic hatch that they had to push back thru the staging lanes after making a LOT of bad noises, ha. It had a banner across the windshield that said "LA VERDELAGA" and, using my 2 years of Latin classes from high school, I was able to translate it to, "The Green Lake." I got a chuckle out of it. I almost asked him if that's where he found the car.

Florida canal car ftw!

But yeah, that's pretty much what we all had to put up with the last time we all ran. It was B.S. It's much better at PBIS in West Palm. They move FAST to get the track cleared so people can keep running.

See, that's what I was worried about. The track is run terribly. It takes them FAR too long to get things cleared up. And some of those people should be banned from ever returning - ESPECIALLY if your car catches on fire. THEN you should have to bring your own fire department!

I had a good time at the track, had 4 runs and pretty much had my worst run on my first pass 14.49 @ 97.19(launched with vdc on by accident, but was able to turn it off before i shifted to 2nd). and each pass got a little better with a best of 14.3(and i still bogged a little) at 98.41. My 60s were better but still have tons of room for improvement (all were under 2.250 with a best of 2.133, a big improvement from 2.3s from the other times).

it probably says "Verdolaga" on his banner, which is slang for really good pot

Sup guys. It was nice to meet some of the G's last night. The track was bad but I still had a good time. Car felt like it hocked up better in the left lane. I ran a best time of 14.28 @ 99.39mph. 60' was at 2.287. My tires are done for the count. If any one knows of some deals out there right now, please let me know.. lol.

We need to set up a track night for the crooked drags @ CFRC. Would really like to try that. I may be ready in about a week. (tires)
