I had this one cop, at the akpoka or w/e exit on I4 towards orlando, pull me over and tell me I was going 85 in a 65, I was like I'm sorry sir I dont know what you're talking about, I saw people breaking and then a car on the side of the road so I moved over and slowed down to be safe of pedestrians etc, and he was like well that was me and I clocked you at this, can I see your license? Then gave me the "where are you going etc etc," then said have a good night and walked off..
