So about 3 weeks ago, I went back to my parents house since I was in a friend's wedding. My parents were taking a plane early Friday morning to go to their cabin in Wyoming.

After my parents had left Friday morning, I drive to a tuxedo place to pick up my tux since I was in the wedding. I come out and see my rear bumper was hit. I was pissed! The only way someone could had hit me was at the wedding rehearsal the night before at the church... who would hit my car and not say anything??? God witnessed it!

Well, I get a call later Friday afternoon from my parents asking how my car was. I was so confused because I hadn't talked to them since they left. Well, my mom tells me my dad backed into my car! I was relieved that I knew it wasn't someone random and the fact that my dad said he would pay for it. Sadly, he said his 2007 M45 is in worse condition than mine. Neither of us have seen eachother's cars.

Onto my bumper. I buffed most of it out. There are still a lot of surface scratches. Theres a small patch right by the license plate holder that had the paint scratched all the way off so you can see the black urethane of the bumper. My NISMO diffuser cracked. So I'd guess it would cost around $800 to fix. I don't have the time, nor do I think it's worth that much to fix...so I'm just leaving it for now. But when I do fix it...do I fix it since I love the stock rear with the NISMO diffuser or do I upgrade to an INGS+1 rear lip or a replica Chargespeed rear bumper? Hmm...





And for a bonus since I just got home from making the biggest purchase of my life... I'm taking my girlfriend to New York for Christmas. She has no clue. And I just came home after putting a downpayment on this...

And thanks... It's been almost 4 1/2 yrs, so she's been wanting it for awhile. I hate keeping secrets, so this next month is going to be hard! New York and a ring... And just think, most likely I'll be wearing the same sports coat on the night of engagement from the night you stole my jacket and went downtown!
