I own the unit. It is a 1000 sq.ft warehouse in a 6000 sq.ft building. basically, there are 6 units in a condo-ownership warehouse. The building is about 20 years old. It is a concrete block building....nice building actually.

Slowly, but surely, I am making it nicer. I have alot of clean up to do. on my list are to paint the walls, paint the floors, etc.

it will be so much easier with the lift. Plus, I already installed open dumps about 6 months ago (or more). those were a PITA while on my back using jack stands. with the dumps pipes outta the way, the DPs shouldn't be too bad! shouldn't be!

I forgot to answer you. I have the SGP DPs, but I fixed their ****ty weld jobs. you should have seen the weld globs in the inlet of the pipes. pretty sad. add to that that the opening on their flange isn't even as big as the outlet on the turbo. since the outlet is only 2" already, you put a downpipes on with on a 1.88" inlet diamter.......hell, that's a honda Rod journal size.
