Why accept a paypal payment for something that you are going to deliver in person?? That's just asking for trouble since you can't prove that the merchandise was shipped and delivered. The problem is not with paypal, it's actually with his credit card company or bank who made it easy to reverse the payment.

Good luck, I would just go ahead and take him to small claims court, or press charges against him for fraud.

Maybe karma will catch up to him, and he will get hit by a truck.

I'm out $475 for a set of coupe 18's right now. I have the guys address but he lives 2200 miles away from me It seems like more and more people are doing anything they can to scam money out of people.

create a new SN, tell him you want to meet up with him to buy the springs, bring plenty of friends and/or law enforcement, then confront him about the wheels.

Thats the whole thing, he has no money and had to use a credit card..i wish i could get in contact with his credit card company but i have no idea who they are..I talked to a couple lawyers and the police and they said that i would have to take him to civil court which is going to cost me.
