This **** needs to be stopped!

 

Go to the police with all of your information and tell them you want to file a formal complaint against this guy, you have his name, and phone number, they will be able to track him down for you. What he is doing is defrauding you and that's illegal and the police should be involved. You have been nice enough to call him and ask him what's up, now it's time to get the proper people involved. You are lucky that both of you live at least in the same state if not in the same city, that will help you greatly since he is close by.

just found out he did the same crap to my friend michelle with a set of 350z s-techs. i guess shes going after him legally now. this guy is a douche!

I pmd you quikslver!!! Thanks to w0ady i was able to find this thread. i bought 350z s techs from his *** off craiglist. He gave me the same name and i sent him a money-order for $160.00. I went to the court house already nd purchased a claim for the address 6521 Emerald Dunes Dr. Apt. 304 West palm beach, FL 33411

I contacted Emerald Dunes Condos. Theyre a private residence so i asked the lady if i gave her the information i had on a name and address could she confirm it. She told me there is in fact an Eddie at that address. She would not issue an alternate number, only police could request that info.


SOOO.... PLEASE get back at me or call me IDC! ive been cryin over this Bull**** ive never been skrewed over before, i hate when people play w. my money!!!!!!

Michelle i pmd you back, we should keep all plans out of the thread b.c he could be lurking around.
Unfortuently there really isnt anything the police can do. This is a civil court matter since it was a sale and we both held an agreement, even thought the agreement was breached it has to be dont throught civil courts. With the springs it could probably be a small claims court case but my loss on the other hand is over the limit i believe. Ill have more info for everyone tomorrow night.

 

^I'm not sure about florida laws but here in call you can claim up to $7500 in small claims!
