ok well im confused now, is it $20/car or $20/person, because if its $20 per person Im out i have my girl and her brother and sister and I'd rather they not have to spend $60 if they are only riding with me... I dont get it, please explain

I might do that coolant kit that Mike makes some day. I like the clean engine look. Just curious how hard it is to get all the air out.

I don't know why some small things are so difficult in these cars. I never had any ttrouble with small block Chevys.

 

There is no actual poker playing.

You drive to 5 locations and draw a card at each spot. Bobby will have a person clearly marked that will let you pick a card. The five cards you draw make up a poker hand. The person that gets the best poker hand wins.

The people with the cards write down what cards everyone draws. At the end of the run someone, probably Bobby, decides who has the best hand and who wins what. You really don't have to even keep track of your own cards... but it's fun to see what cards you get. So, 5 Kings would be good... A 2, 5, 7, 9, and Jack would not be good... unless they are all of the same suit... Hearts or Spades or something like that.

It is really just an excuse to meet up with fellow car people and drive our cars. It's a lot of fun.

Passengers don't have to enter.

How long are you all gonna be at S&R on Sunday? I won't be participating in the poker run but thinking about meeting up at the shop in the afternoon.

 

I have no idea. It depends on how long it takes us to drive the course and pick out the cards...
