friend needs help with wiring alarm/remote start up in his car
Hey guys! i am located here in Jacksonville, Florida
I am doing this for a friend...i'd like to know if anyone has any knowledge or perhap could help a friend of mine with his car.
he has THOR alarm/remote start up wirings and manual and that he bought.
he is trying to look for someone to help him hook it up. he tried to find services in rolling sound, daddy o's and some other places here but they are expensive for him.
so if anyone could chime in and point me to the right direction...if you like to offer an hand in this..im sure we can compensate for your labor..ie...free beers and 50 bucks??
anyway, do let me know.. thanks!

alarm on a g or z, either one is a PITA! you have to wire each door separately
to be totally honest, it isnt a simple install and if your friend hasnt done it before i would leave it to a pro installer, just my .02 but GL

yea most alarms you have to wire to each door motor, and make sure he has a spare key for the remote start, as the key has to be put in the "box" somewhere in you vehicle. (which i would recommend hiding) like i said it isnt an easy job done right. but gl with the install. have you tried going to bestbuy and asking the techs if they do side work? sounds weird i know, but alot of them do it on the side to make some better pay, you might want to try that...
whoever wired my car before i bought it did a crappy job, and it ended up blowing my main terminal fuse twice. i recommend getting someone to do it that knows what they're doing. good luck.
