I'm off Park Avenue. Are there local meets often?

This wait is killing me. Carmax better hurry up this transfer, I'm going to be insane if it takes a whole week, haha.

I got the G on Tuesday night. I am in love!

It's such a dream to drive and my heart skips a beat every time I look at it. I love the low end torque, a nice change from my old RX8, haha. The ride is smooth and sporty... I love how low the car drives. Handling is superb. I got it with some vredestein tires (I think they make competition bike tires? Not too sure) and they are so sticky. I haven't lost traction at all in all this rain we've had. I just step on the gas and it goes without any hesitation, haha.

I am in love! We all own a fantastic car.

Quick question, do all of your windshield wipers work smoothly? Mine work fine as far as getting the rain off the windshield but they are noisy and squeak enough to be bothersome. Thinking about getting some new ones, but don't want to buy them and find out they squeak too.

Get new wipers and you'll be straight (I prefer Bosch Icon wipers or OEM refills). I also recommend a spray can of Stoner's Invisible Glass which you can get from any auto parts store. The best glass cleaning system IMO, gets the grime out easily and makes the glass shine nicely. I always keep this spray in my trunk whenever I need to clean my windows.

Welcome!, glad you are enjoying your car. I had a set of Vredesteins that i absolutely loved (well, 2 sets but im not going there on this thread...) They perform very, are very quiet and good looking also.

got a small group going to tampa for a mini meet as others have mentioned if you wanna come.

Congrats again, if you need any help with any projects or have questions, feel free to post up, we got a bunch of good people on here that are more than willing to help

Dan

Thanks, I got the Bosch Icon's, PERFECT!

Sorry guys I was out of town for the weekend so no Tampa for me. I was up in Gainesville... but would take Tampa over that any day of the week, haha.

I've had the car for a week and still absolutely love it. Got my tints done yesterday. They're only slightly illegal! I usually wouldn't do it but I've always been OCD about my cars' windows being different colors so I just did 15% all the way around this time.

Thanks for everything so far guys! You are a lot more... accepting? Than the RX8 group I was a part of, haha. Too many cliques over there. I plan on joining the FLG35 club as soon as I can, hopefully within the next few weeks. I'm getting my radar detector hardwired tomorrow then hopefully get a nice new head unit and a 10" sub. Then I will be looking into exhaust and intake and all that good stuff.

Way down the road once it's paid off I'll either TT or SC it and keep it as a weekend car for fun... but that's a little down the road!
