What is BWW?

this is all gonna come down to who gets the best 0 to 60ft..... should be fun!

 

I'm down for sure. I just dug my Mickey Thompson's out too (anyone who can fit a 16" is welcome to borrow/buy them as well).

 

Will they fit over the Brembo's? What are the specs on the wheels?

 

300zx NA rears. I think 16 x 7's.

I think they might barely clear. I dug them out so I could finally paint them, but it would be nice to use them, I have 3 passes on them, not pushing it because I didn't trust my axles and was broke


I have money for axles now so I'm GTG.


Edit - for reference, the tires are MT ET Street radials, 255/50R16 (I think 50...its a 26x10.5 DR).

 

Hmm...I've read that those wheels don't clear the Brembos because they have some kind of bumps on the barrel of the wheel that needs to be sanded down in order to fit. Oh well...

 

I'll look tomorrow. If thats the case I'll probably grind them off and have them rebalanced. I got them specifically in 16"s so they would clear, but 15"s clear my brakes so I never got to check.

 

So when we setting a date?

 

I just figured this was going down Wednesday. I'm going to Gainesville August 1st for the meet. I'll probably go to the drag strip afterwards.
