think im just going to make something like this out of pvc and u-bolts wrapped in electrical tape. i dont care how it looks, just that it works and should be less than $10. think ill hit up home depot after work tomorrow.

except for the cheapo chinese mounts on ebay, this seems to be the best 1 i found for windows/dash:



figured id try my home depot one and see how stable it is before i buy the mini which is like $40.

Dude, you will LOVE it!!! Roebling is my favorite track ever. I've been there twice with my old 4banger BMW and once in an '05 Corvette. Love those corners.

I'm taking the G up there for her first time Oct 17. You should try to make that one instead It's an HPDE!

It's so much fun. That was just a low speed autocross (the recent G pics) where the top speed is like 80 I think.. but at Roebling it's gonna be all out!

rachel i might be down. im already spending about $300 for nov but how much is the october event?

sticky pod mini mounts are on back order til mid-late october so looks like im stopping by home depot today after work.
