F* the car I just got approved for my first home!

Hey guys I am so pumped I got screwed in court today for the improper lane change but my mom called and said we got approved for my first home. I am looking closer to Turkey lake not sure if its a good area yet but saw a few condo's over there I liked. Any input would be nice I am trying to move closer to work.

I work with foreclosure homes everyday, funny you should post this havent been on driver in awhile! There's this real nice townhouse I just did an analysis on, in a community behind the Publix on Sand Lake/Dr Phillips. The areas real quiet and nice by that new shopping center up the hill across from Barnes and Noble on sand lake. Not sure what your price range is but def. check that out. The reason I suggested townhouse is because house in that area are in the $200+ area, again not sure the range your looking. GL!! Congrats!

Yeah with how things are right now you can steal properties. Definitely look in to a foreclosure/short sale scenario.

Turkey Lake area is pretty decent...the closer you get to Apopka Vineland, the better it gets. That's where Lauren lived. I loved it over there.

Congratulations!

congrats

Bryce as being a mortgage broker and a mortgage banker for 5 years.. dont listen to anyone beside a loan officer about any approval on a mortgage and what you can afford. any realtor will use that to their advantage and try to sneak one by you.. if you need any help dont be afraid to ask me any questions..
