Oil Consumption test tomorrow :(

Well its time to take her in the morning. I am now adding 4+quarts of oil at 3,100 miles. Been using Mobile 1 and a K&N oil filter hope they don't have a problem with that. Just finished putting all back as it should be "stock". Wish me luck!!!

Damn, that sucks.. I was just telling Nathan the other day that i've been thinking about picking up an 05-06 6speed sedan. I guess I better make sure its still under warranty if i pick one up.

Took her in this morning. Roger checked level and said to come back in 1,000 miles or if it starts to make noise. He pretty much said burning 5qts of oil is going to lead to engine replacement. I will keep you all posted.

OK had to do another 1,000 for Nissan so after 2 1,000 mile tests. Just got the call from Infiniti. I am 18mm low on oil which falls into engine replacement. Gave them all the oil change documentation ect... and so forth. Was told it would be ready by the end of the week. Keep ya posted...

I think I may skip the G/Z meet in lieu of going to Automotive Addicts and then the Southeast Regional DSM/Evo meet. Big meets > small meet.

Sucks for the hassle. But free motor is always good. See if they'll put the 3.7 in it lol
