While we're talking about spacers...
My front spacers don't have hubcentric rings. I know you don't *have* to have them but since I'm using them with stock wheels (made for this car) shouldn't be a big problem anyways right? I mean, if I get vibration or something, I'll go out and buy some anyways...

No, nothing to do with the bill. I work for a contractor that works for Progress. Their work ethic is terrible. They take every chance to turn a simple 30 min job into weeks of endless deliberations and meetings.
And then we wonder why our power bill goes up.
