Blacked out my window chrome

Did it myself. Did it dry, definitely takes a steady hand and lots of holding of the breath. Im happy with the results. Definitely got the results I was looking for. Total cost: $40.

But now all that chrome on the grill sticks out even more!

At least its the midnight grill and not the full chrome. I dont mind the little on the front. I could try wrapping it though, I can always take it off.

nice work. do you plan on getting the grill and headlights painted? new wheels?

Prob won't do anything else to the headlights. I still want to either powdercoat the stock wheels black or buy new all black rims, but that's not in my budget at the moment.

I might wrap the rest of the grill to see what it looks like, not sure yet.

well if you leave all the front stuff as is and do the wheels black, i can see where that might work.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Next on the list is front chin spoiler, then black rims, then springs. Might take me some time though.

Thanks, it's just gloss black vinyl used for signage. You can buy it by the foot from any sign shop.
