I hate waiting! I waited a month to close when I bought my house in April. I waited 3 weeks when I bought my new puppy (I get her tomorrow morning, and now I have to wait 2 weeks until I can get my car)

You only waited a month for your house? not bad...goin on 2 months, was supposed to close in June, now looking at 1st or 2nd week in Aug. Title company took almost 4 weeks to get utilities turned on for inspection and appraisal.

Yup. I put my offer in at 11am and found out at 5pm that day the sellers accepted my offer. I closed in 1 month. I got lucky I guess
