And how does a state consolidate all their ghetto into one place like that??? Every town in FL has a ghetto, why can't we just move them all to one place? (I vote Miami, just sayin)

NY has done even better, they consolidated and moved it out of state....... to Jersey

 

Yeah Oakland sucks but there are definitely parts around L.A. that are scary too.
