$650, which is a bit ridiculous. Sharif doesn't even charge that much! I would have gone to HP Logic, had it not been 4 hours away. Now I wish I did...

i know they've gotten better results out of the g35/350z. maybe they just dont have much experience with the 370 since its so new. our cars arent that easy to play with...

Hey Ryan, your the second person i heard to had a bad experience. David got a tune there and on SPRAY he made 330 horse and 300 torque? not to mention he has been waiting almost 2 months and has yet to see the graphs they said they would send. makes me wonder....

Customer service blows! I told them they didn't send me the right dyno files. They told me to contact the dyno manufacturer myself...which I did...and they told me go have the shop send me the correct dyno files.

S&R is really pissing me off! I'm close to making a thread ripping them apart. Ive already been told it would be stickied on my350. I told S&R that I'm well known in the VQ community. I guess they decided to take their chances...

Thanks everyone for the information. The customer service issues looms large for me so I may have to reconsider S&R.

What a joke S&R is... 9 days now of trying to get the correct dyno files. This is the second time Bobby has sent me my dyno graphs as a MS Paint file. Yeah...that does a lot of good! NOT!

If I had time tonight, I'd post up my bash thread that I started a week ago. I felt like giving them 7 more chances, so I didn't post it.

Any other suggestions for a quality shop for our G's and 350/370? Thanks.

That's the sad part is there really isn't another VQ friendly shop around here. You'd have to go to Miami/Georgia.

Hey well lets get our stories straight. You left out a few things

1) I let you park you car on my Dyno for 4 hours while you changed out your own intake manifold and I let you use tools.

2) I gave you the graphs on a windows fax file that I have been sending for the last 4 years and you are the first one to have a problem. In fact I have sent out about 1200 graphs.

3) I gave you a graph with the over lays from the first to last explaining in detail what each line means

4) The Guy with the NOS kit was home made and we had to fix it on the Dyno and he didn't get charged for it. keep in mind his car before Nos only made 240 hp.

5) I sent you the run files and told you to download the software from the Dyno Co. i also told you if you need help to contact the Dyno co. I was unaware that you needed the raw file and in fact I never send anybody this type of file. So i learn something new myself.

6) Sharf charges way more than 650. In the beginning we charged 500 as a promotional.

I dont know why your car didn't make power? maybe you installed it wrong, creating a vacuum leak. It sure is funny how the car before you (272hp) came out fine. The G37 we tune made 315hp, So maybe its you. For the record I told you I was running behind that day and you were ok with that.
