Bobby and I talked on the phone for about 20 minutes. He was willing to have mycar detailed, which I kindly denied. He also wants to smoke test the manifold next Saturday and try tuning the car without the Motordyne manifold. I appreciate Bobby contacting me and trying to resolve our issues. He accepted the blame for a few things and I'll say, that was very professional of him.
I take back my bad customer service comment. Bobby is trying his best to make me happy. Thank you.

Glad this was all resolved
S&r
My first time at S&R I paid the $650 to have the Osiris license put on my car and the car tuned. The nitrous kit I had was causing problems and we were not able to get a solid tune on spray because I did not test thoroughly and my bottle ran dry. Brought my car in for a 1pm tune and didn't get on the dyno until the end of the day. I was a little unhappy... but hey **** happens.
I took my car back to S&R after getting the nitrous kit installed correctly (or so I thought). I was told that adding a map would be $450. I was a little surprised that the cost was so high but I accepted. We got my car up on the Dyno at a reasonable time (I learned from my last experience and told them I had a deadline to meet). I got up on the Dyno around 3 or so? Which was reasonable in my opinion. Now here is where their "customer service" really shined... Again I had problems with the nitrous install related to a bad solenoid. Bobby allowed me to use his tools to fix the problem and the tuner stayed with me and made a pass each time I made a change. The shop closes at 6 and they stayed well past this time while I got my **** together. We finally got a nice solid run with 100shot spray and I pulled 330whp. Which was considered "safe". Even though I had spent so much (and learned a lesson) I was happy everything finally worked.
Now in Ryan's defense... S&R had terrible problems with their computer. Their system continued to crash each time I tried to get the graph files, which meant extra pulls on the dyno. The file that I did get didn't work but I didn't complain because I got a picture of the dyno screen with my camera. After my first trip to the dyno I called on average every other day to try and get the dyno files... which I never got. My second trip to the dyno I was much more prepared and made sure I didn't leave the shop without something in hand. After paying $1100 I should have really made a stink about not getting the proper dyno files so I really can't complain too much...
Overall, I learned a lot of lessons... don't leave the shop empty-handed!
