^Play around with switching to RAW for just one shoot, and then dump everything into Adobe CameraRAW or Lightroom.

After the first time I did that, there was no going back

I actually have all those photos in raw format just didn't know what program to use to edit besides photochop

^Photoshop (Adobe CameraRAW) is what I use.

Though I'm just starting to get into Lightroom. Really nice software... I might just switch over.
