What was the location he was closest too?

Maybe i missed it or where is his house?

I still dont get the whole i was scammed and i cant file a police report. From my knowledge you cant file a NCIS claim if the occurence didnt happen on military property they can assist with a civilian case though if the cops are involved. If you nail him on the outside then he will get double slammed on this inside.

If he is also military and is caught he wont be able to get a job anywhere.

OP why don't you just file a Chargeback with your credit card company and you'll get your funds back. That's If you paid with your credit card or check card thru paypal.
