OP more navy advice from some of my mp buddies.

even though it was a navy guy that scammed the infiniti guy, he will still have to call JSO. Base police like us deal only with things that happen on base. have him call JSO to make a full police report. if they end up arresting the navy guy, it will eventually get back to his command.
was it JSO you called that was rude about it? maybe you just have to find the right department?

What if it's not his G? What if he just pulled up to a G and took a picture of a G with those wheels and his user name. Think about it. I'm in Vegas when I go to casinos on the weekends I see so many G's in the parking garage, anyone can just pull up to a car and take a picture with a piece a paper with his member info. Scammers think of everything, as far as the deposit slip those are easy to get walk up to any ATM some people don't bother shredding them and Leave them in the trash for anyone to puck up

I have a signature move I pulled once upon a time when a deal went sour.

Step 1.
Home depot trip, buy about 40-60ft of aircraft cable and large steel toe hooks.

Step 2.
Crimp/attach hook A to cable and hook B to other end of cable.

Step 3.
Visit home of said offender

Step 4.
Confirm said offender's car is parked outside

step 5.
Take hook A and attach to sub frame or body rail

Step 6.
Choose LOL level

LOL level 1= A bench on front porch or something easily moved but out of site

LOL level 2= A garage door

LOL level 3= Offenders other vehicles sub frame, wheel, body rail.

Step 7.
Attach hook B to selected LOL level item

Step 8.
LOL

^I thought it was pretty funny. I know plenty of people are dumb enough to not even notice.
