im not the OP but on the 1st page you should at least pm the original OP that this happen to and since your a staff it would be great :-) and the OP can give the guy a call and talk to who ever is there and see what the hell the problem is .. now a days $1800 is a lot of money and for it being around christmas time i would be flipping out ....
