Gated does not mean squat! I live in a gated area & people just wait for the next person to come along before they enter. And we even have a on-site guard who will let anyone in for just waving at him.

^ if your talking about critical intervention services guard then I highly doubt it. 95% of those guys are ex-military or retired law enforcement that are serious about that type of stuff.

NOT gated, no cars home, no lights on. The condo is in his parents name, along with the other address that was posted... Hate to get his parents involved...

I hate scammers, I actually have a friend that's a detective with Jax PD in burglary... might have to see what all can be done...
