UPDATE:

I just spoke with an officer, and unfortunately I don't have good news. The officer was borderline rude, and continued to tell me that this is a civil case and not a police matter. He asked about this website and it seemed like he was going to check it out, but than reverted back to saying it is a civil case and pretty much insulting me by rhetorically asking why I would buy something from someone that I didn't know much about.

Needless to say, I am pissed.

I didn't think they would, but what I didn't expect was that I would be even more aggravated after talking to them due to the cop being a complete *****.

I should've told him that it may not be a police matter now, but it sure will be when this guys history catches up with him. They'll be scraping his worthless *** off the sidewalk.

 

I know well being a dikk comes with being a cop.. Most police don't give a $hit about nothing but there egos..

 

It would be unfortunate if something just happened to happen to his car. Insurance is a what? $500 deductible?

If all else fails call Action News Jax! They would eat this story up and place him on blast! and you will surly get your money back and he will get his stuff put on blast! And we might even score new members out of it.

 

The OP is getting his money back either way. So I dont think any news place would care. If he was out all the money and no way in getting it back I understand. But since he used his CC with paypal. His CC will just do a chargeback and thats it.

Imo dont wait for paypal Op just go to your CC company.
