Honecomb looks sweet, there are tablets with keyboards. Other then that I haven't really looked into them. They just got announced at CES so they should be coming out soon. Then you can read reviews.

Last night I went to a friends house.

Every once in a while, they have a kinda family reunion type thing and put on a fireworks show.
Gave me a chance to practice my fireworks photography

^Yep. 4.0 sec was perfect for most of them.

I was running late and didn't have time to put on the lens I wanted.

Those were with the 50mm but I wanted to put on my 24-85mm and leave it at 24 since I was so close.
My pro-photog friend was there and he got some really sick shots too. His lens was wider.

Somewhere around 18mm would have got some really sick shots.
We were VERY close to the action
