God they give us a shiz load of trouble when dropping the car off.
all of a sudden removing my coil pack= I destroyed the seal somehow. had to keep the man's cool or as he was pretty ticked about how the guy talked to us.
After a little discussion the service guy was "pretty sure" they were going to cover it under warranty.... what a joke. the loaner is pretty nice for being an auto.......
not a fan of the ATX at all, but atleast it is better than a Neon rental or something.

Unless I missed something, I didn't see her bitching. All she said was they they gave her a little trouble and she didn't like the way she was talked to, and she was told they may or may not cover it...
I offered you my assistance a few times in the past, and instead of taking me up on the offer, you blast my company on a public forum without even talking to me first to see if there's anything I can do to help you. I have many connections and am always here to help. Sometimes the members of this forum and especially the FGC know that they can use me as a liasion if they ever need assistance in service (and sales for that matter too).
It is very simple, we have a process set in place by the dealership, which gets followed to the tee every time. Mike Naughton is a very respectable advisor, and in fact he won the 2010 Award of Excellence for the best customer service here at our dealership. This is why I am floored at the fact that you are saying he treated you badly. If Mike is saying you may have done something to void the warranty, he is more than likely right. As I said, there is a process in place and he follows it to the tee.
Best of luck and hopefully everything gets resolved to your expectations.

Agreed with harvey....... Ive never had an issue with OI and V has done quite a few pulling of strings for me on multiple occasions to get some work done and dont know what i couldve done with out it. But honestly if theres an issue just take it to PM and you two work it out. I suggest that both of you delete the unnecessary post and move on with your day.

Looks like i may need to do this myself. ANyone know what the stealership charges to have it done?
