That chart is inaccurate, the picture is dark to start with, and the dynamic range of a computer monitor is a terribly small fraction of the dynamic range of human eyesight, so there's really no way to possibly make that picture accurate.

I have 20, and it's nowhere NEAR what's portrayed in that picture.

I have 15% tint all around except windshield which I may get done tomorrow.
