The number of a tint refers to % of visibility left after the tint is applied... So yes, 15% tint is extremely dark!

Get 35 all around! It's just light enough to see out of, but dark enough to not be able to see into.

 

Some of you guys have really weird ideas on what constitutes "really dark"

 

All depends on the persons eye color, I can't walk outside in the sun without really dark sunglasses.

 

I have 15% all around and can't see at night lol

IMO

If you can see out at night but it's dark enough to provide sufficient shade, then it's just dark enough.

If you can kinda see outside at night, then it's really dark or extremely dark.

If you have a hard time seeing out at night if you can't see outside at all, then it's too dark.
