With my light interior, I have 20 all around, I want 15 all around now lol.

20s are fine at night. Though if the moon isnt out and their are no other lights around its hard to see.

Dunno if you're being serious or not. The lower the tint %, the darker it is. 5% for example is limo-tint, meaning it's almost totally blacked out. 50% on the other hand is super light tint and very easy to see through.

Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line.
Front Side Windows Must allow more than 28% of light in.
Back Side Windows Must allow more than 15% of light in.
Rear Window Must allow more than 15% of light in

That is Florida tint law when I googled it
