my windows experience at home is like a 5.9 (I need a faster harddrive for the OS.)

The on at work is a 3.0.

Lol yeah. My Processor is at 7.5 and RAM is at 7.3 but my hard-drive only at 4.9

Oh my overall is 4.6 because of the crap video card.
My next bottleneck would be hard drive, which I think is exactly the same as yours (5.9)
