Hey guys, just passing the info along...I plan on going and wanted to see if anyone else was interested as well. Sunshine Dragstrip in Clearwater, this upcoming saturday, sept 17th. Gates open at 9pm, track is hot at 10pm, till 2am. Went a couple months ago and it was pretty fun. All makes, models, trucks, bikes, etc racing. Nothing spectacular...but fun to atleast see what you run without worrying about getting a ticket! Anyone going??

Driving Directions: Tampa:
Take I-275 to the SR-688 (Ulmerton Rd), west to 49th st, south to 126th ave, east to track entrance.

St. Petersburg / Clearwater:
Take US 19 to SR-688 (Ulmerton Rd) East to 49th st. South to 126th Ave. East to track entrance.
Miami / Ft. Lauderdale:
Take I-275 north then merge onto FL-686 W via EXIT 30 toward LARGO/CLEARWATER. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto ULMERTON RD/FL-688 W. Turn left on 49th st. then left on 126th ave. to track entrance

 

i went to the last event like this and i was the only G there...

i almost got jumped by a gang of hondas

 

Yeah, I went in august and I was the only G too. I don't think there was even a Z there! A lot of domestics and a bunch of 4bangers as the night grew later though. How'd you do?

I'll be at Bradenton Thursday... Finally! It's been raining the past 2 weeks. Time to finally fun 11s! You guys should come to that instead.
