"Proud Sponsor of

The Florida G35 Club"
after the ISI portion of the logo.
Also Wes, are you still going to make the banners have the discount "pop-up" when you place the cursor over them? If so, we can "modify" the ISI logo for the web site.

i plan to...Finiti is tossing around ideas for the logo. I told her to go with whatever popped in her head. She was considering putting "Alan" or his phone number since thats how everyone knows him anyway.
I said i didnt care but would prefer a rectangle logo so the "onMouseOver" would match the 10% OFF im planning on making.
And im going to Make a $500 OVER INVOICE for the "OnMouseOver" of Lokey

Good job on the T-shirt.
I like the outline of the car logo, nice lines.
On the t-shirt, try to place logos as evenly as possible in their distance from each other.
Like Logo A and B and C each are 2" from each other, instead of Logo A 5" from Logo B and Logo C 3" from B. Keep everything in perspective as possible.
Think symmetry.
I'm going through a lot of this stuff now with a catalog and some ads i've been doing at work.

Placement of logos?
Here is the logo for batmobile. Dabomb may send me another one, but for now I will use this.
I have included three mock ups of what the rear of the shirt may look like. Placement of the logos is not final yet. Feel free to play around with the placement of the logos, but keep the ranking order of the logos the same. Neffster, am I to include "A Not For Profit Organization" under the Florida outine?
What is everyone's oppinion of this?

Definitely the middle one. It gives both KP Technologies and Crawford their "own line" which symbolizes that they are bigger sponsors (dollar wise) to the club.
The only thing that I'd do is switch the order of blue batmobile and ISI. ISI is donating a $400 kit and blue batmobile is donating $200 worth of overlays. Also, the ISI logo in the first image seems much "better". Maybe it's more clear or less distorted, what ever it is maybe they could clean that up a bit.

As for saying "not for profit" on the shirt....
The statute only says the Seal has to have "corporation, not for profit" We don't have a Seal.
Next, the Statute states that our Legal name (what we register with the State) must have "Corporation" or "Incorporation" (or their abbreviation) in our name. That is our "legal" name.
What if we use something other than our exact legal name? We would have to get a ficticious name. The Florida Statutes state that a fictitious name "means any name under which a person transacts business in this state, other than his legal name."
Is a title on a t-shirt transacting business. Since its used as advertising, I would say it is. So, we can avoid having to put Inc. on everything if we get a ficticious name filing. Its like $50 bucks. If we don't wanna get the ficticious name, we would probably have to put out legal name (which must include Corporation or Incorporation or their respective abbreviations.)
I'll continue to do more reading up on this stuff.....

Keep doing the research Jason, I don't want to have Florida G35 Club Inc. on the shirts...
I guess we could pay the extra $50 and file the name Florida G35 "Car" Club, but that seems like a waste of money to me. BTW, I got a GREAT DEAL on a $1M insurance liability umbrella. I want to discuss it w/ you and see what you think.
