How did your control arm crack/?

 

Honestly don't know bought it at 67k and was changing the oil when I noticed it. Think I bought it that way because the oil change prior it was dark out so we wouldn't have noticed. But I think 20k of my driving is enough no matter how it happened. Not like I have a pet leprechaun. Any ideas the best place or person I could get help with it from? Don't have many tools and the apt complex isn't keen on parking lot maint. Went to Greengoblin before but that's a good three hour drive.
