ok now for the details ! I am making this event for MARCH NO date set yet...


would you guys like to have this on a Saturday OR a Sunday...

I was aiming for the middle of the month but I want to see what everyone chooses..

this will be the first OFFICIAL FloridaGclub bash of 2012!

once we decide on a date i will close this thread and make a OFFICIAL THREAD.

We have over 1 month to get the ball rolling on this event.

I want just about EVERY member in these chats to show up. orlando/tampa/st pete/ lakeland/ etc


also we need to talk about what where going to do about food..

1- everyone can bring something but if this happens we all need to be on time so were not waiting around like last year.

2- everyone can chip in $$ there to help pay for all the food and paying the rental of the shelter.

these are all things i would like to talk about in here so were not rushing last minute.

ok so lets get this going and start hereing what you have to say about this..

I'm in as long as I don't have anything going on. Saturday would prob be better for me.

I think if everyone can chip in $5 or so to help cover food and the pavillion rental it would work.

Saturday or Sunday is fine for me as of right now. Hopefully my work schedule won't change but ya never know!

Well, that hasn't been decided I guess. But I think it would work better than pot luck, because like Chris said, we won't be waiting around for certain items to show up.

Last tech day I just bought the buns and burgers, but for a bigger meet I think everyone should chip in.

FYI, I was just at Ft Desoto last weekend and They have started charging $5 per car so we also need to find out if you rent a pavilion is a certain amount of people admitted free or do they still have to pay.

 

I was out there also, no discount. New fee is what it is.

 

Dang, that sucks.

 

At least we have plenty of options as far as venue is concerned if the price is an issue.

 

Sundays, ill bring my 37 if you let me.
