Post. Since the Vossen meet is a Friday night. We have the rest of the weekend in Miami!!!!!!

I didn't sleep last night. Anyone here have any experience with unisom? I think I'm going to pick some up on my way home and take it at 7:30 tonight when I get home. Maybe I can sleep for 12 hours haha.

 

Sleeping pills won't help you fall asleep they will only keep you asleep. I have tried a number of sleeping aids because I have a hard time going to sleep and normally stay up till 12 to 2 and wake up at 6 tired as hell.

 

Well I need both... fall asleep AND stay asleep.... as long as it helps me STAY asleep I guess it's better than nothing right?

 

They also make you really groggy in the morning, the best advice I got from my doctor is plan to go to bed early like no caffeine after 6 pm go in your room an hour before bedtime and laydown with no tv or lights. You also have to do this everyday to make it work, on the weekends I go to bed at like 5 am and sleep till 10am which screws up my sleep pattern.

 

Thanks for the heads up. At this point I think I'd rather be groggy with a good night's sleep. Idk.

For some reason I don't equate tylenol pm to being strong enough to knock me out. I could be wrong though.

 

Wait I thought it was in the am? And when I was sick NyQuil by the bottle and I was out Drink lots of water though
