VDC was definitely on. I really dont ever turn it off especially in really bad weather. Tires are questionable but the cop did not site me for unsafe equipment or anything. Nothing I can do about it now anyway. They either are or they aren't.

Didn't think it was and again, nothing I can do about it now. Me posting this on the forum is not going to change the way my adjuster sees my car sitting in their yard.

I may depending on what they decide to do. I hope to know today.

Yep. That is best case scenario right now. May sting a little when I go to sell or trade in with a wreck on the title.

Yeah like I said, based on what I still owe, what it is worth, my current credit situation and how much damn work I would have to do to swap out all the parts I think this is best.

I got to figure out the best way to handle the front end. Hopefully I can pocket the cash that they were going to shell out for the new bumper cover and just have them instal the one I already have. If they dont want to do that then I may just have them order a replacement and then swap and sell it my self.
