Thats a civi version of the UMP45 you can actually do a UMP conversion on it but it will A be semi auto only and B will have to be registered with the ATF as an SBR which is a $200 tax stamp and a 6 months wait. Other than that if you do all that its a bad @ss gun. For $1500 though id rather build an SBR AR-15 and depending what you spend maybe add a suppressor.
