Management can get old quick though. Especially when upper management, executives, and corporate is in the mood to start stirring **** up. Everyone's stressed. But my style is to avoid passing on that stress to my staff. So it's like being caught in the middle.

I wish I could say the same thing. My boss stresses me out sometimes, but everything else is pretty nice. Guess I shouldn't complain.

Ok so... the body shop said they would need 4 days
So insurance got me a rental for 4 days

Insurance said I had to drop it off at the shop on a Monday or Tuesday... ok

Monday at 12:50, I drop it off at the shop... rental place was supposed to pick me up at 1:00sharp
Rental place actually picked me up at 1:50... yes, nearly a whole hour late!!!
Good thing I wasn't doing this on my lunch break.........oh wait, I was.
Didn't actually get the rental until around 2:15

Body shop found some hidden damage and has had to order an entire door rather than just the skin

Just looked at my rental slip:
4 days
Pick up on 6/18 13:00
Drop off by 6/21 13:00

....THE HELL!?? By who's definition is that 4 days?!? By my count, 2:15 on 6/18 to "before 1" on 6/21 is no more than 2 days 22 hours and 44 minutes...

When my body shop said it would take "4 days" to fix it, I'm pretty sure he didn't mean "just short of 3" (in actuality, he probably meant 5, but that's an entirely different rant)

I just found out that the other driver apparantly now has "injuries" and has hired a lawyer. I wonder how this will work out since he declined medical attention at the wreck and then technically he hit me. Granted I slid across 3 lanes but he hit me head on. Seems like that would be kinda like rear ending someone. Isn't it his responsibility to stop or avoid me? I could see if I hit him in the side.
