Oh look a netbook lol
W7 Starter is just a version of Windows. Right click any where on the desktop click Personalize and have some color. If that does not work then they must of disabled all the nice looking features for speed (Dont blame them)
If Personalize does not work, go back to Computer properties screen, on the left click Advance System Settings > Click the Advance Tab(should be here already) click settings under Performance. Are they all unchecked? Select on top "Let Widnows choose whats best" and hit ok and go back to personalize. This should make stuff look better at least.

Got the amp working and pulls on my battery but Idk what to do because I already have a capacitor (1 farrod) and I'm guessing I just need to either get a bigger Altinator or better grounding kit
the "perform best" option was selected. now it's not
One thing it doesnt give me is the personalize option. I right click and it doesnt come up. When I try to save an image as my desktop background that doesnt work either. Any ideas?
