Tire and brake gurus

With my new 05 coupe on its way I was wondering if I am going to need spacers with my 20 inch Axis Mod 7 Rims. The front rim has a 37 offset. I know the front brake isnt as large as the brembo but I am not 100% sure. Can anyone help ????

My suggestion is to post this in the wheels, tires and brakes forum. Several guys over there are pretty knowledgeable.

im bout 95% positive that they will work. like what we were talking about before the brembos stick out further. making aftermarket rims to need a more conservative offset. the non brembo brakes dont stick out as far and you can run a more aggressive offset. so if the rims clear brembos they should clear the non brembos without too much of a problem because they have a conservative offset. hope that helps and if you want wes might let you trial fit them on his car because he doesnt have brembo, and if you are over this way i have no problem letting you try them on mine. let me know.

so what you can try and drive off??

all he needs to do it test fit one front and one rear. you wouldnt even have to bolt them on, so your getaway idea would be shot unless you wanted to buy new studs and stuff which cost bout 700.
