CFL Window Tint Group Install

Everyone... Dexter (owner of Creative Carz) is going to come to Orlando to do a "Group Tint Install" one Saturday in the near future.

I'm going to have my crummy Llumar tint job stripped and then have the 30% Huper Optik applied. I was wondering who else would be interested in having their G's tinted or re-tinted?

No date has been set as of yet, but we need to get 4 or 5 people to comit before he can set aside a date to travel. Also if Dexter's work is good enough for Dabomb, it's gotta' be good.

Any one want to join me?

Forum rules are that only official G35driver sponsors can advertise pricing. Rollmodl is a FGC sponsor so he can advertise his prices in our forum ONLY. If he feels more comfortable using the PM system, that is ok as well.

Also, everyone... Rollmodl in real life is Dexter, who is the owner of Creative Carz. Let's all make sure to support the FGC Sponsors so that they'll continue to "hook us up" for our yearly raffles, group discounts, etc...

I, for one, am only going to allow our sponsors to work on my vehicles. This is the reason I'm heading to Clearwater to let Lokey Infiniti install my Crawford Headers. This is why Alan Seligman installed my Clear Bra and why I'm letting Dexter apply my tint. I also love my KP Technologies window module and I'm a huge Zaino fan. I even love the way the Blue Batmobile overlays look on every color G (except for Laser Red ).

Props to Datahosting Solutions and Kyle here on Driver too!

Boy am I a FGC sponsor *****...

I'm interested in having my car retinted. I will only let him tint my car if I he can make the tint totally adhere to the areas where the dot matrix is on our windows. I would also like the tint darker than 30%. Dexter, what other tints do you have besides Huper Optic that are just as good? I already have a crappy llumar tint on my car...

If this goes through, I can't do it this month (March). But the next month would be fine (except for April 16, thats HIN).

Llumar is not crappy, it's that someone must have done a bad job installing it. I believe Dexter only carries HO and Llumar, but you can always get the higher quality Llumar like I did, if you're worried. Check http://creativecarz.com/Tint%20Samples.htm . He did my dot matrix perfectly, you can't tell there's a film of tint over it. I still haven't had a chance to see my car in the daytime since I got it tinted but hopefully it looks dark enough.

Since you guys are asing about prices, with the club discount it ranges between $100-$125 for the Llumar depending on the film (ATR Charcoal or ATR Stealth) and the car (Sedan or Coupe). For those that would like the Huper Optik I will bring along the 30%, 40%, 50% and 60%.

Here is a breakdown for Llumar:

Coupes:
ATR Charcoal $100
ATR Stealth $115

Sedans:
ATR Charcoal $110
ATR Stealth $125

Tint samples can be seen here at my website www.Creativecarz.com.
The Stealth film has a very slight reflective which look to it but in my opinion looks more classy than the Charcoal.

Here is the Huper breakdown:

Coupes: $250

Sedans: $290

These prices are for members only so non members will pay regular price.

Believe me Llumar tint is not crappy at all. I have been tinting for 15 years now and I have used just about everything out there and I stuck with the Llumar. And about the dot matrix I can take cae of that with no problem. If you think that Llumar is crappy then it must not be the tint but the craftmanship in the work.

Medium to Medium Well

Also, I'm hoping that we can get a few more people so that Dexter will make the trip. I may consider just re-doing the rear window and only stripping that window instead of re-doing the whole car. My back window is pathetic and it is already 30% llumar...

Decisions, decisions...

So the list look like this: Saturday, April 9th (time tbd) location (directions to follow)...

1. Ms. Infinitiz
2. Demonteverde9876543210.5
3. Neffster
4.
5.

Need 2 more people...
