todd: even with using a bank account you still have to eat the fee. paypal started doin this awhile ago. damn them. so you might have to have everyone send you 52 instead of 50.

If I do not "upgrade" my paypal account to accept credit cards (which I will not do) then people can "verify" their paypal accounts by adding their bank account info. If they do this, they can simply transfer money to my account FOR FREE. I can then transfer the funds from my paypal account to my bank account FOR FREE.

I just transfered several grand from the FGC's paypal account to the new FGC bank account. I did this and didn't have to pay the ~3% fee (which would have been about $100).

Bottom line, everyone verify your Paypal accounts before sending me the payment. Make sure to select your savings/checking account when you do the transaction.

yes when i transfer money to my bank i dont get charged but when people transfer for one person to another it charges me but that could be cause my account is upgraded and it seemed to start doin that when i upgraded.

i am goin to have to hold out and to see how things turn out. i really want to but i wont know till it comes closer to the wire. i really want to go and dyno but i might just have to come and hangout.

 

I can go to hangout, but no dyno for me. I really want to just use Coastal Dyno for that.
