Hard Rock is probably like $200/night....im sure we can find something for closer to $100/night

Todd, we know u dont actually "work" so figure it out. Sean & I definately need Friday night, Ian may as well. I think it would be fun to stay and hit the beach Sunday. I'll be there the whole weekend no matter what.

Hardrock's website says $199/night. I'm probably going to stay there Friday and Saturday. I'm sure they have a spa I can send my wife to while I'm at the meet if she's coming. So hurry up and make up your mind where you want to stay!!!

I'll be looking for a place in the $100/night range if I stay down there at all... It's hard for me to justify spending that much money staying in a place that's not as nice as my own house.

Hardrock's pretty nice. Neff-where are you thinking of staying?
1. Vacation village is .6 miles away and costs $99/night.
2. Baymont is .18 miles for $74.
3. Wellesley Inn 2.0 miles $69.
I'm not sure how nice they are.

I've been super busy lately with work, the house, the yard, the kids, etc... heck, I wouldn't even be able to post if my PC didn't take 5 and 10 minute computational breaks on me.

Can anyone post links to these places so I can see the rooms. I don't need a really nice place, just a small clean hotel is fine w/ me. Don't want to dip too far into the FI fund.

Uh... yeah look back in the posts I already did. One thing that concerns me with a cheap hotel and not knowing where it is would be my G getting vandalized.

This is where I'm staying from Friday to Sunday. It came out to be $100 a night after taxes and everything. I think it's about 30 minutes from the park, but my girlfriend and her sister will be hanging out at the beach during the meet. Does anyone in SFL know if this area is decent/safe to park the G? Also, let me know if anyone else will be staying around here.

Mapquest shows only 27 miles. Is traffic that bad around there?

On a weekend traffic isn't nearly as bad. But it's definitely going to take you more than 30 min.
