I didn't touch the motor yet so I am going to "rape it" right away.

A couple of the "after" pics. It feels pretty fast even at the wastegated 5.5psi. Tommorrow I'll turn up the boost! Woohoo. Thank good for that TS flash and J&S. That gives me great piece of mind.

Very nice. How many psi are going to boost to? Are you using the TS flash as a base tune and then fine tuning with emange for higher boost?

Daily 8psi. Hi boost of 10psi. I'm going to build another motor so now worries on popping this one. I'm using the TS as the base and then tuning the ignition with the J&S and injectors with the emanage.

Sounds good. I have a very similar set up to you. I am going to be boosting 10psi on low and 12psi on high. I am sending my ECU to get flashed but not the greddy flash. The ECU has 3 timming maps limp, normal, and agressive. I am going to have them copy the normal into the agressive map and then tune with the emanage. This way the ECU doesn't just decided to switch to the agressive map while in boost and KABOOM. I am also going to run water injection just for safety. Good luck and enjoy.

Well I probably be there be unfortunately my car won't. I won't get my motor back from SGP Racing for about 2 weeks. Here are some pics. I am waiting on my fuel pressure gauge.

That's cool. Before today I hadn't driven my G35 for 2 weeks. I bought a QX4 VQ35 motor so I won't have to go without the car for an extended period of time. I'm gonna pm you my number so we definitely get to compare notes this weekend.

A little update:
I had my car for a total of 2 days since May 8. Got the car totally done with the forged motor for the break in. Stayed with the 440 injectors for now for convenience and I don't want to push it that hard. Boosting to 11-12psi. That's the highest I could go fuel pressure and injector duty cycle wise without going over 11.8:1 A/F. I found a little program that lets you put my wideband output into the emanage and log it along with everything else. I like road tuning because as long as the numbers are right the power will be there.

Big thanks goes out to: Larry at Innovations(putting up with me just about every other day after work at his shop), Brian at Technosquare for coming in while he was sick to reflash the ecu due to some weird checksum errors, Steve(G356gear) for selling me his totally built motor that was built by a great shop and selling it to me for a great price, Eric Summers at Titan Motorsports for tracking down all the parts that weren't sent(who needs two left side downpipes, I didn't) and for the discount(no one tell Nero) and all the guys in the FI forums at my350z.com and g35driver.com. Last but not least Ross for painting my bumper and being my best friend. This thing is fun even at this power level(I figure 475lb/ft and 430whp because I'm letting the boost spike a little at first) and that means alot coming from a guy that has two very fast bikes.

and rod bolts, JWT S1 cams, port and polish heads and intake runners,
Crawford cast plenum.

Hifonics Brutus 1500 running 900watts RMS to one JL 10w6v2 in a custom
molded fiberglass box and a Hifonics Zeus 6400 running two sets of
Focal utopia mids and highs. Optima yellow top

Oh, and yes I did scrape my bumper good coming out of the mall parking lot at the meet. See everyone soon(hopefully the dyno day).
Alan
