Bro, that's the same house (and elevation) as mine. It is along Lockwood Blvd (just like mine is), so I'm not sure if that would be a problem for you. I have a vibernum plant hedge along the brick fence so you can't see anything but nice plants...

Check it out and let me know what you think... BTW, another house just like it (elevation, pool and all) sold for $299,000 in less than 24 hours after being on the market just last month. If you do like it, you should buy it before someone else does.

Also, how did you get the skinny on the house BEFORE it hit the market?

Seriously...my thread was hijacked! Aleic, with all this talk about a new house, you now must have a house warming party and cook steaks.

Rims- the outer part of a wheel joined to the hub usually by spokes b : a removable outer metal band on an automobile wheel to which the tire is attached.

Guess Adam's right as always. He must have read a book on Wheels for dummies just like he did for poker...

Nah just doing my research. I telling you, those dummies book work!!! maybe you should had pick one up, then you wouldnt have lost some much to me. It paid for itself, well technically you paid for it. Too bad you dont play anymore.

"Many people use the term rim interchangeably with wheel. The rim is actually the edge of the wheel that the tire is fitted upon. The ring of the wheel is the rim, and the center of the wheel is attached to the rim. The rim and center together make up the wheel. Therefore the technically correct term is custom wheels, not custom rims."

How much heavier are they than stock? Did you weigh them when you got them? I'd really like to know cause I might be the next to jump on the dynamic performance bandwagon and for that price they better be light and a bag of chips

Never got to weigh them . I searched my house and could not find a scale. I would have asked Lokey, but I arrived at the last minute and did not want to be a bother. James from Creative Autoworks said they wiegh 24 lbs when I emailed about the weights.

That's exactly what your stockers weigh. So the only thing against you is the higher rotational mass. 24lbs doesn't sound bad at all. Can't wait for you to take her out on a first pro photoshoot with the new wheels.
