My experience of getting the wheels installed:
I want to throw a HUGE thanks out to John and the guys at Lokey for taking me in so late! I had an appointment for 4pm today to have the wheels mounted/balanced. The wheels arrived much later than I had hoped...right at 4pm (first let down). As soon as I could load the tires in my car and the wheels in my girlfriend's car, I headed off to Lokey and called to make sure I was still alright on time. One of the receptionists told me I had until 4:30 (it was 4:20) to get to Lokey...otherwise I was out of luck. So i rushed and arrived right at 4:30. The guys spent at least 30 minutes trying to put on the first tire on the 8" wheel (2nd let down). Things weren't looking good. Then I look through the boxes to find no wheel accessory kit which contained extra lugs, lug wrench, and a few other goodies (3rd let down). I called Carl at Creative Autoworks, who told me that the wheel accessory kit was supposed to have been sent to me a long time ago and he also let me know the stock lugs should fit. Well, the guys at Lokey said the stock lugs didn't look too promising to fit on the new wheels (4th let down). Much to my suprise, they found a lug nut bolt thing to fit my stock lugs into the new wheels (I'm not good with tool words). After almost 2 hours, I was a very satisfied (as always) customer from Lokey Infiniti. They worked continuously after hours to try to get everything to work for me. This is why Lokey is #1...they are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
